We can provide a tailored service on a weekly or monthly basis and provide:

  • Payslips to you as the employer or direct to your employees via the Sage online facility
  • a process for starters and leavers
  • the monitoring and actioning of all tax notices via our agent’s gateway
  • monthly summaries
  • RTI (Real Time Information) submissions and employment allowance claim
  • a calculation of your monthly HMRC liability.


  • Preparation and online filing of P11d’s in respect or directors and employees benefits in kind
  • Calculating and notifying Class 1A NIC liability

Auto enrolment

  • We ensure compliance with auto enrolment, monitor your employees and auto enrol eligible employees, as well as recording and processing opt ins and opt outs
  • We can register your scheme with NEST via our delegate account if you do not already have an alternative pension provider
  • Upload weekly/ monthly pension contributions with your chosen pension provider
  • Carry out cyclical reassessment of employees
  • Complete declaration of compliance and re-declaration of compliance with the Pensions Regulator on the employer’s behalf

CIS (construction industry scheme)

We can advise and assist with registration and compliance for both contractors and subcontractors, in addition to helping with correct operation of the VAT reverse charge for construction services.

On behalf of contractors we provide the following:

  • Verification of sub contractors
  • preparation of monthly returns
  • provision of CIS certificates.
